A Past Musical Creation

Standard

“If one plays good music, people don’t listen and if one plays bad music people don’t talk.”~Oscar Wilde

I was looking through my iTunes collection for a series of Aural Training tracks I made ages ago. I find it really useful to listen to them every now and again to keep my ear in check. I guess i hadn’t done this particular section of aural examples because I suddenly found myself listening to a piece of music I made about ten years ago!!!

It’s…busy.

Anyway, I thought I would share it.

There are some vaguely hilarious electronic music stereotyped riffs in there, I was really diggin’ on playing with stereo effects (put on your headphones and you might get a head-spin from the left to right action) but I still really like the “chorus” vocals. Probably not really my style anymore, though.

  1. That’s cool! I made some electronic thing in high school during a day at the arts centre that’s still lying around somewhere. Not this cool (not cool at all), but it’s lots of fun stumbling across old inventions.
